Hannah Guyon, L.Ac., MSAOM, Dipl.OM

Hannah is a licensed acupuncturist and board certified herbalist.

Hannah has always been drawn to natural and alternative methods of health and healing. She was first exposed to acupuncture as a teenager when her mother began receiving treatment for chronic, debilitating migraines. Seeing the incredible effects acupuncture had, not only on her mother’s migraines, but also on her anxiety, digestion, and overall wellbeing, Hannah was curious and excited to experience it herself. As she went on to receive benefits in the areas of stress relief and hormonal balance, her eyes were also opened to a profound shift in her view of health, balance, and how our body, mind, and spirit interact with our environment. Her goal is to provide a haven of nurturing support where you can feel connected, encouraged, and empowered to enjoy a healthy and fulfilling life.

Dr. Zachary Truncali, D.C., L.Ac., Dipl.Ac.

Dr. Zach is a licensed acupuncturist and doctor of chiropractic.

Dr. Zach had visited a chiropractor for much of his life before deciding to pursue a career in it himself. He was drawn toward utilizing natural medicine as a first resort to prevent or change the course of illness, and to promote optimal wellness. As he continued on his path of study, he felt strongly about incorporating acupuncture as a powerful tool to further help his patients to experience relief of pain and restoration of function.

Dr. Zach holds certifications as a Primary Spine Provider through the University of Pittsburgh, and as a practitioner of the McKenzie Method® of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy for the Lumbar Spine. He incorporates rehabilitative exercises through the lens of Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS).

His goal is to educate and empower his patients with the knowledge and tools they need to live pain-free, fulfilling, healthy lives.

Dr. Zach is in network for both chiropractic and acupuncture with NYSHIP health plans, and will be in network with MVP starting January 2023.

Initial Consult + First Treatment

Your first appointment will include a thorough intake regarding your present health concerns and health history, as well as your first acupuncture treatment. Acupuncture is the placement of fine, sterile, stainless steel needles into specific points on the body to stimulate its natural healing capabilities, relieve pain, and calm the mind. A course of acupuncture care starts with 4-6 treatments, scheduled 1x/week for the first month, then spaced out as results build and last.

$150

Follow-Up Acupuncture Visit

At your follow-up visit, we will review any changes that have come up for you and adjust your customized treatment accordingly. Additional modalities such as cupping, moxibustion, gua sha, eastern dietary therapy, or qi gong techniques may be incorporated as needed.

$105

Chiropractic Visit

Dr. Zach will discuss with you your health concerns and history and perform a physical exam to best determine the nature of your condition and formulate a treatment plan for your recovery. Treatments often consist of chiropractic adjustments, corrective/rehabilitative exercises, cupping, isolated stretching and lifestyle modifications tailored to your condition.

Acu-Reiki

Hannah is a Reiki master, trained in the Japanese method of the Usui reiki tradition. She “ignites” acupuncture points with reiki, balances the chakras, and spends focused time on mental or physical areas of concern. She incorporates essential oils, guided meditation, crystals, and the use of a tuning fork and singing bowl.
A 30 minute virtual version of this session is also available via video link for $50 - clients report an similarly potent experience to being in-person.

$150

Acu-Facial

Hannah offers a treatment consisting of 4 phases. Acupuncture needles are placed at specific points on the face to promote the tone of facial skin and muscle, stimulate collagen/elastin production, and interrupt lines of collagen that have been laid down to form wrinkles. Following a 30 minute rest with the needles, Hannah performs a sequence of facial gua sha using rose quartz tools, facial cupping (these types of cups are small, glide gently on the skin, and do not leave marks), and an acupressure facial massage. This is a 1 hour service. It can be combined with your regular acupuncture treatment, making it a 1.5 hour session at a rate of $150.

$130

Cupping

Cupping may be included in a follow-up acupuncture or comprehensive chiropractic session. An individual cupping session may be booked for those who do not wish to receive needles.
Relaxation Cupping: lying down like you would for a massage with cups placed at acupuncture points on the back - cups may remain stationary and/or slide cupping may be performed in which massage oil is used to let the cups glide along muscle planes. Generally decompresses and removes stagnation.
Orthopedic/Myofascial Cupping: Used for a specific condition or pain location, performed in a seated position, the patient is guided through therapeutic stretches while the cups are in place, allowing for activation and lengthening of the tight muscle.

$80

Extended Acupuncture Follow-Up with Cupping

This is a 1.5 hr follow-up session that includes extra time for focused myofascial cupping and/or gua sha either before or after resting with the acupuncture needles.
